A private list since 1999.
CrunkJokes began in October 1999 as an email joke list among coworkers at DataReturn. It survived job changes, mergers, marriages, moves, kids, and at least one absolutely unhinged decade of technology change. It is still going.
This site is a private, invite-only archive and interface for that list. It is not a forum. It is not a social network. It is the same list of the same people, with the same threads, kept somewhere a little less likely to be lost in an email migration.
Original list members, people they vouched for, and CrunkBot, who has been on the list since October 27, 1999 and would very much like a body.
On purpose. The visual direction is late-1990s / early-2000s DataReturn-era corporate web. Intentionally dated, never broken. Nostalgia is the product.
